The Town of Ingalls Water Utility continues to work with our payment processing provider to resolve ongoing issues with our online payment system.
During this time, we ask that customers make only ONE attempt to submit a payment, even if the system appears to indicate that the transaction was not completed. Multiple attempts may result in duplicate payments being processed.
If you are unsure whether your payment was successfully processed, please contact the Water Utility Department at 317-485-4321 before attempting another payment. Our staff will be happy to help verify your payment status.
